Your seven-day trial

Your workspace has one seven-day trial from initial setup. Changing tiers or creating a checkout does not restart it. After expiry you can read and export existing records, but posting transactions and making business changes requires an active paid license.

Choosing and paying for a tier

Checkout saves the selected tier, monthly or yearly period, KES price, capacity and billing identity before payment. Pay the displayed amount to Till 3370971 — Circlevest Technologies, then submit the actual M-PESA transaction code and time. This is a payment request until authorised staff verify receipt. Submission alone does not activate a license. Prices shown in the saved checkout are the amount due; Stoqor does not add an unconfigured VAT charge.

Activation and renewal

Verified payment activates the purchased tier and its limits. A renewal of an active paid subscription starts after the existing expiry; otherwise the paid period starts at verification. Monthly periods are one calendar month and yearly periods are twelve calendar months. There is no automatic debit. A lower tier must fit your active stores, users and warehouses. Restricted workspaces require staff access review before payment activation.

Billing records and tax invoices

The saved checkout and payment history are billing records. They are not represented as KRA eTIMS tax invoices. Circlevest Technologies has no KRA PIN; checkout collects no KRA PIN and makes no claim of VAT registration or eTIMS certification. For an incorrect payment, cancellation or refund request, contact your billing administrator before paying again. A verified purchase is not cancelled by closing the popup.

How billing details are used

We collect the legal billing name, business or individual type, email, phone, address to identify the payer, maintain purchase records and prepare billing documents. Billing staff with appropriate permissions can access them. These details are not consent to marketing. We do not request national ID, card details or your M-PESA PIN.

Saved details can be corrected for future purchases. Each purchase preserves its original billing snapshot and acceptance date to keep an accurate accounting history.
